This is combined with laboratories, research areas and pilot plants for R&D facilities of companies, knowledge institutions and knowledge-intensive companies in innovative sectors such as Food, Life Sciences, Health, Living Environment and Biobased.
For starters, in many cases spin-off companies from knowledge institutions, Kadans offers all opportunities to grow in an incubatorbuilding. They get a total package of services, including workspace, facilities, coaching, advice, funding and access to a valuable network.
Biofacilities knows like no other the specific needs of innovative organizations and knows how to translate it to profitable, quality and sustainable facilities, an optimal position of spaces, perfect gross-net ratios (functional surface area) and the ideal layouts of - for example - laboratories.
