The rental contract and the Programme of Requirements are the base for customization. This can be done by new built, acquisition and adjustment or renovation of existing buildings.

Builder

Kadans Biofacilities has its own project managers. They are experienced in terms of new built and renovation of R&D-environments. Hereby they deploy on efficient and sustainable building against the most optimal price-quality ratio.

Financer
