Kadans Biofacilities' investment portfolio consists primarily of office/laboratory buildings suited for R&D-activities. Kadans offers total solutions which are rental based and mainly for the top 500 companies and semi-government. In recent years Kadans has rapidly developed into a highly successful organization with a real estate portfolio of over € 300 million.
